Creating Your First PURL

There are 2 steps necessary to create your first PURL:
  1. Get registered as a user of this PURL service
    Each institution has one or more individuals authorized to register new users in this PURL service. Ask the authorized individual at your institution to register you as a user.
  2. Create the PURL
    After you have become a registered user of this PURL service, you can create a PURL by completing the PURL creation form.
